New York–based director Doris Mirescu and her company Dangerous Ground Productions
bring to Geneva a radical world premiere multimedia reinvention of Bette Gordon’s 1983 underground classic Variety.
This hybrid stage piece merges live performance, cinema, and music in a punk-noir aesthetic,
plunging audiences into a world of desire, obsession, and voyeurism, where the boundaries
between film and reality dissolve.
